As you can see, the Secretary has been lax about updating the minutes. Being a small group, our meetings are somewhat informal and he also has the excuse that he has been working toward his Bachelor's degree. Now he will be instructing and working on his Master's, so there may not be much improvement until the Chapter can get a new Secretary. Please bear with us.
